Payment & Refund Policy

1. Payment provider

LinkedAccount is powered by Team LinkedOutreach. Purchases use the same Dodo Payments checkout as LinkedOutreach. Payment and billing information is entered at Dodo; this website does not collect card details.

2. Pricing and billing

The advertised base plan is $129 per profile per month. ID verification and Sales Navigator are optional add-ons, each advertised at $50 per profile per month. The plan calculator provides an estimate. Confirm quantities, available add-ons, fees, taxes, billing and final charges in the checkout or as agreed with Team LinkedOutreach before purchasing.

3. Refunds

As stated in LinkedOutreach’s existing Terms of Service, unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a profile has been commissioned. We may suspend or terminate access for prohibited use without refund. These provisions do not limit rights that apply under mandatory law.

4. Monthly service and cancellation

The advertised plan uses monthly billing with no setup fee or annual commitment. Confirm your renewal date and cancellation process with Team LinkedOutreach or through the billing options provided with your purchase. Stopping use of a profile does not itself cancel a recurring payment.

5. Replacements and availability

Profile replacement support is included in the rental offering at no additional profile charge. Contact Team LinkedOutreach to review an issue and confirm availability. A replacement is not a cash refund. Results, uninterrupted availability and protection from third-party account restrictions are not guaranteed.

6. Payment or order questions

Contact Team LinkedOutreach with your order reference and the email used at checkout. Do not send full card numbers or payment credentials.
